Washingtonville winter athletic registration will open in October through Arbiter.
Winter Athletic Registration
Varsity & JV Athletics: October 16 – Nov. 13, 2026
Modified Athletics: October 22 – November 20, 2026
Online registration must be completed for all students who plan to participate.
Start Dates for Winter Athletics
Varsity, JV and Freshman Athletics: Nov. 16, 2026
Modified Athletics: Nov. 23, 2026
Register Through Arbiter
Washingtonville athletic registration is completed through Arbiter. Families only need to create an account once. Information entered through an Arbiter profile can be used for multiple family members and throughout the District's three athletic seasons.
All students must have a current physical on file. Physicals are valid for one calendar year. Physicals are available during the school year by appointment only. Please have your child make an appointment with the school nurse as soon as possible if a new physical is needed.
Please note that online registration must be completed to participate. If a student is waiting for a physical, families should complete the online registration and update it once the physical is completed.
Arbiter can also be accessed through the Washingtonville Central School District website under Athletics.
Directions for New Arbiter Users
Visit www.familyid.com/washingtonville-csd-athletics.
Create an account.
Enter your first and last name.
Enter your email address and create a password.
Agree to the terms and click "Create Account."
You will receive an email with a link to activate your account.
Returning Arbiter Users
Visit www.familyid.com/washingtonville-csd-athletics.
Click on the current season registration.
Log in using the email address and password associated with your existing account. Do not create a new account.
Choose the sport.
Click "Add Participant Below" or select your child's name.
Update health and demographic information, if necessary.
Sign off on seasonal agreements and review the registration summary. No payment is required.
Save and submit. You will receive a completion email from FamilyID/Arbiter.
