Taft students learn to play pickleball, visit Legoland

Taft's fourth-grade classes visited Legoland this week! Throughout the trip, students learned about the science, math and engineering concepts that go along with creating structures and attractions for the Legoland park. Students had a chance to test out their driving skills at the Lego Driving School and ended the visit with an amazing elemental spectacular!

Mrs. Mullady’s Physical Education classes, grades 1-5, are finishing up a unit on Pickleball!  They learned about the court, some basic rules and terminology of the game and practiced their eye-hand coordination.  Check out some first graders practicing their skills.
